You know that feeling you get when you’ve only emailed with someone, but you know you’re going to love them? That’s the feeling I had when I was communicating with this mom before her baby was born. I couldn’t wait to meet her, because I knew I was going to love working with her and her family. She was sweet, kind and gracious over email, and she was nothing less in person. Her smile is beautiful and contagious. She and her husband work as an amazing team to meet the needs of their sweet baby girl. They are going to be (well, they already are) awesome parents.
